Following the strong artistic passion I’d developed in childhood, in 2009 I decided to study for a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts at the édhéa, in Sierre, Switzerland. There I worked mainly on the support in painting. This soon evolved into sculptures, exploring the materiality of the canvas and basic elements as fabric and wood through accumulation and assemblage.
After graduating, I worked on different artistic projects: murals, paintings on canvas, drawings and prints. Some of these works were exhibited in Galleries such as Le Cadratin, Switzerland and Phoenix Art Space, in Brighton, during the Open Studios Days. After my Bachelor’s, balancing with my artwork, I moved into professional Graphic Design for the software company SAI ERP, in Martigny. During that time, I studied web design and digital communication at PROCOM and SAWI, in Lausanne.
In 2018, I co-founded the web design studio auwää with Valentin Ritz. Our websites won several awards on the well-known platform awwward.com. Beside the web projects, I continued working on some independent projects such graphic novels and paintings.
I am now working full-time on my artistic practice and doing an MA in Fine Art at Brighton University.
